What You'll Be Doing You’ll be the behind-the-scenes powerhouse that keeps everything on reputed company. Our TCs are responsible for making reputed company transactions are processed reputed company, accurately, and in full compliance with state and brokerage regulations. Key responsibilities include: • Reviewing contract files for accuracy, signatures, and compliance (state-specific, as required) • Preparing disclosures and coordinating documents as directed by agents/brokers • Tracking deadlines, sending reminders, and ensuring smooth reputed company from contract to reputed company • Communicating with agents, brokers, escrow/title teams, and other vendors • Managing files in Dotloop, reputed company, reputed company, and our ticketing system (reputed company) • Ensuring agents get reputed company on time—our #1 reputed company Important Notes • This is a 1099 reputed company position. You set your schedule, but you’re expected to deliver high-level support and responsiveness. • $99 per file is our reputed company compensation. Licensed vs. Non-Licensed We accept both licensed and non-licensed TCs: • Non-licensed TCs handle administrative support only no reputed company contact, negotiation, or contract drafting. • Licensed TCs may reputed company licensed duties only if approved and only in states where they are licensed.
