About Expert Publishing We’re Expert Publishing, a boutique growth agency that partners with fast-scaling e-commerce brands —like Salt.Xo— to create high-performance funnels, landing pages, and creative that actually drive revenue. We don’t just design for aesthetics. We design for impact. Our team operates at the intersection of CRO, brand, and direct response. As our Meta & TikTok Video Editor, your job is to turn raw footage and scripts into thumb-stopping, high-converting videos that feel like entertainment but convert like sales letters. You'll be the hands behind our bold visual storytelling—whether it’s Hi fi, TikTok skits, product close-ups, influencer UGC, or "silent" product demos. You'll also be tasked with creating ai voiceovers and other ai creations. Responsibilities: • Editing short-form video (5–60 seconds) for TikTok, Reels, and Meta Ads • Sometimes editing longer form videos • Creating eye catching graphics for sales, banners, etc. • Incorporating our different brand voices • Using captions, text overlays, trending sounds, voiceovers, and quick cuts to keep attention • Creating multiple variations from the same raw footage for testing hooks, formats, and CTAs • Editing from UGC, iPhone footage, studio shoots, stock, and occasionally repurposing from lives or long-form content • Maintaining an organized file system for assets, cuts, and revisions • Strong sense of storytelling through quick cuts, visual transitions, and audio alignment.Proven experience editing for TikTok, Reels, and Meta Ads—portfolio REQUIRED • Deep understanding of platform-native formats, pacing, trends, and audio syncing • Ability to interpret briefs and write/overlay copy for text bubbles and subtitles • Strong sense of rhythm, storytelling, and comedic timing You're familiar and comfortable with: -Video generation: VEO 3 by google -Avatar ai testing: with arcads -Eleven labs: for voice overs -Hey Gen: for founder ai videos -Basic Copywriting: like writing headlines or light edits on their own to test guarantees or product info -REAL B-Roll finding expert: who gets the feel -Frame.io: for keeping us organized & the teams real footage no matter how old What We Look For: · Proactivity: You speak up, solve problems, and look for ways to improve the work · Customer Obsession: You care about how the end user experiences the design · Accountability: You own your deadlines and communication · Efficiency: You execute fast but with clarity and intention · Growth: You seek feedback and never stop learning Why You’ll Love This Role · Flexibility: Work remotely, async, and on your own schedule · Ownership: Be part of building systems and visuals that directly impact growth · Variety: New projects weekly across different verticals and formats · Growth: Opportunity to scale from part-time to full-time in a high-performance environment · Collaboration: Work with an elite team that values excellence, not ego We’re growing fast and need a designer who can grow with us.
