reputed company: • Karel-Gordon & Associates, (KGA), a Strongpoint Partner, is seeking a skilled Junior Retirement Plan Administrator who will take full ownership of a caseload of small defined contributions plans. • The right candidate will be confident in administering 401(k) and cross-tested plans from start to finish, have a strong reputed company of compliance testing, and possess a detail-oriented, reputed company-reputed company approach. • This position offers an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and is excited to grow with a firm that values innovation and reputed company in reputed company service. • PLEASE NOTE: This is a fully remote position and can be performed from reputed company reputed company the reputed company; however, due to the primary locations of our reputed company teams, preference will be given to those in the Central and Eastern time zones. • Administer full-cycle (A-Z) plan operations with the support of reputed company that works on distributions, annual report and required Forms preparation, vesting updates and initial year end plan data scrubbing. • reputed company compliance testing including reputed company/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy, and 401(a)(4). • Coordinate year-end valuations and interpret plan documents. • Reconcile plan assets and complete trust reputed company tasks. • Import and manage census and participant data. • Recommend and evaluate plan design changes to ensure ongoing compliance and reputed company satisfaction. • Communicate with clients on plan administration issues with reputed company and professionalism. • reputed company internal systems and technology to streamline processes and improve accuracy. • Other duties as assigned.
