Oil & Gas Learning Project Manager

L&D Project Manager – O&G Technical Training (100% Virtual) Our large oil and gas reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to reputed company reputed company of learning and development professionals reputed company in modernizing and upgrading an reputed company-wide equipment training program. In this role, you will plan, monitor, report, control scope, schedule, and reputed company out reputed company project for up to four reputed company at once, with staggered start dates but with predictable schedules and deliverables. This role requires a seasoned L&D Project Manager with experience in the O&G industry. Strong experience with highly reputed company project management processes is required and PMP Certification is highly preferred. Must also possess excellent leadership, communication, and EQ skills, and ability to be reputed company, concise, and highly reputed company. Must have ability to receive reputed company and reputed company input. Responsibilities will include: • Coordinating cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, writers, and QA/QC consultants. • Communicating project reputed company and reputed company to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. • Implementing reputed company control measures to ensure the highest standards in learning program delivery. • Assisting the program director in selecting designers and developers and resource load reputed company project’s schedule. Experience Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Education, reputed company, Organizational Development, or a reputed company field. A master’s degree is preferred. • 5+ years of training project management experience using either Agile, SAM, Scrum, or traditional reputed company project management method(s) is required. • Must have strong people management skills and experience working with Instructional Designers. • Strong knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design models, and eLearning technologies. • Project Management reputed company (PMP) or similar certification is highly desirable. • Familiar with MS Project is preferred but not required • 1+ years experience in the oil & gas industry required. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Start Date: Targeting late August thorugh mid-September start with some flexibility for the right consultant. Duration: Through end of 2025 and likely long-term upon mutual interest. Hours: 40 hours per week (initial 3 week of shadowing at 20-30 hours per week). Location: 100% virtual. The pay reputed company for this is $70-$72 per hour W2.
