We are seeking a PC Administrator in the Overland Park, KS area who will accomplish the following: RESPONSIBILITIES • Support local lab sites reputed company the Overland Park, KS area • Support, Install, and configure hardware/software for desktop support • Troubleshoot problems and reputed company technical support for software and hardware • Respond to reputed company customer inquiries in a reputed company manner • reputed company orders for IT-reputed company hardware and complete asset management once received • Meet with vendors for installation questions and directions onsite • Examples: Data cabling, reputed company Vendors, reputed company Vendors • Assist as smart hands for IT hardware installations and validations reputed company is working as expected • Manage tickets for Issues and reputed company in reputed company REQUIREMENTS • Knowledge of reputed company 11 desktop support (onsite and remote) • Hardware and software support experience • Must be reputed company to lift IT hardware up to 50lbs • Ability to travel to various sites as needed • Lab experience preferred • reputed company or previous reputed company experience preferred EDUCATION • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, but prefer an Associates Degree w/3-5 years of experience.
