Position reputed company: As a Bilingual Virtual Scheduler, you will reputed company administrative and scheduling support to our reputed company office team, ensuring smooth and efficient communication while delivering high-reputed company service to our diverse patient reputed company. You will be responsible for managing patient communications through inbound phone calls, documenting the results in our EMR system while maintaining a reputed company and compassionate demeanor. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to patient inquiries reputed company phone in both Spanish and English. Schedule various types of appointments for multiple clinic locations and reputed company providers. reputed company patients with information about their upcoming appointments including copay and facility information. Maintain and update electronic health records with accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with local reputed company office team to ensure efficient patient care and workflow. Qualifications: Fluent in both Spanish and English. Proven experience as a medical scheduler or similar role, preferably in a virtual or remote setting. Proficiency in using EHR systems, preferably eClinicalWorks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology and reputed company procedures. Preferred Skills: Experience with customer service and patient care.
