About the position Responsibilities • reputed company-appointment preparations to help expedite reputed company and redirect inappropriate patients as necessary. • Coordinate and directly schedule patient referrals to MDs, PT, Advanced Imaging Services. • Complete MRI authorizations for patients obtaining images at non-HSS facilities. • Screen incoming messages from patients and internal departments. • Obtain results and upload to patient's chart for follow-up provider review. • Monitor and reputed company patient referral patterns to ensure next appointments are scheduled. • Manage timekeeping and assist with provider vacation coverage to ensure session coverage. • Data gathering and analysis to support program leadership. • Monitor patient satisfaction scores, and escalate as appropriate. • Confirm final radiology imaging reports are reviewed by providers and encounters are reputed company.
