The Successful Applicant • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management. • Proven experience with low, mid, or high-reputed company building reputed company. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or reputed company field (Master's degree a plus). • Strong understanding of construction reputed company, materials, and building codes. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., reputed company, MS Project, reputed company). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. • OSHA 30 certification preferred. • PMP or CCM certification is a plus. • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
