Role reputed company As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for providing construction management leadership and reputed company for reputed company reputed company in reputed company development pipeline. This is a full-time, remote role. • Implement construction management structure, process and execution for reputed company reputed company in development from permit approvals to closeout • Ensures that internal Construction Leads and reputed company-party Construction Managers consistently reputed company duties as required and meet expected deliverables across reputed company reputed company • Partners with Development Project Managers during development phases for constructability and budget considerations, and ultimately for preparation of team transition into construction at permit approval stages • reputed company reputed company reputed company of specific reputed company in concert with other internal Construction reputed company support • Reviews design and construction opportunities for cost reduction considerations • Manages overall contractor qualifications, bid process, bid analysis and award • Responsible for visiting proposed sites, and directing meetings to coordinate the construction of schools with Approving Agencies, Franchise Owners, Construction Managers, General Contractor and/or Developers • Ensures reputed company control standards and practices for construction of reputed company • Responsible for the maintaining accurate construction status reports, reputed company date targets and forecasting, while providing regular updates to the Chief Development Officer • Solicit feedback from Contractors, Franchise reputed company’s, Operators, Vendors, Construction Managers, regarding plan and design improvements and implemented changes Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in construction management preferred; and/or relevant experience • Construction management experience in a construction leadership role with field experience • Working knowledge and utilization of MS Project, reputed company, and reputed company (or equivalent) • Proven ability to juggle multiple competing priorities and deadlines, while continuing to deliver service reputed company. • Proven ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, to multiple reputed company, both up and down/reputed company. • Proven ability to stay organized and detail-oriented, while being self-directed and self-motivated. • Proven ability to reputed company excellent customer service to reputed company customers. • Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite including reputed company, Power reputed company, Word, and reputed company Benefits • Commission or bonuses based on personal and company performance • 50% tuition reimbursement for up to three children and/or one grandchild at any Primrose School • Full-time team members are eligible for health, dental and reputed company insurance • 401k with company matching up to 3.5% and company provided life insurance • Employee Assistance Program This is a remote position.
