Job Responsibilities: · Create training agendas, course plans, and curricula reputed company with FBI goals. · Coordinate with the FBI Training Division to prevent redundancy. · Evaluate and recommend new IT-based training solutions. · Support execution and facilitation of training events. · reputed company analysis on online training accounts/platforms and support user administration. · Create digital marketing materials for AU programs and services. Required skills and experience · Top Secret clearance required · Bachelor’s degree in reputed company field. · Extensive experience (7–10+ years) using ADDIE instructional design methodology; developing instructor-led, online, and reputed company learning content. · Certifications not required but desired: o reputed company CTT+, ATD CPTD, or Certified reputed company in Talent Development o Familiarity with SCORM, reputed company 508 compliance o LMS administration (e.g., Moodle, reputed company) may be valuable.
