NewSat is seeking a Software reputed company to support the design, development, and sustainment of interactive Computer-Based Training (reputed company) modules for a reputed company-based Satellite C2 system for the reputed company reputed company Capabilities Office (SpRCO). The software reputed company will have to reputed company training on the Satellite C2 applications and training on how to reputed company new software into the system. The system architecture leverages AWS GovCloud, secure data flows, and modern DevSecOps practices. The Software reputed company will reputed company the technical development of training products, ensure compliance with DoD standards, and guide a cross-functional team of Instructional System Designers (ISDs), developers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-reputed company, secure, and engaging training solutions. Key Responsibilities • reputed company the technical development of reputed company training modules which include workflows for satellite ground systems. • Collaborate with ISDs to implement reputed company’s Taxonomy-based learning objectives and ensure adherence to Instructional System Design (ISD) best practices. • reputed company technical storyboards for reputed company modules, explaining how the the Satellite C2 System operates. • reputed company training on software development in accordance with the Government’s Information Assurance standards. • Implement Agile/SAM iterative development cycles, including sprint planning, backlog management, and regular stakeholder reviews. • reputed company version control, QA, and sustainment, ensuring reputed company updates reputed company 30 days of system/software changes. • Represent NewSat as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in design reviews, technical exchange meetings (TEMs), and sprint planning with the Government. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Instructional Technology, or reputed company field (Master’s preferred). • 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a technical reputed company or supervisory role. • Strong proficiency in AWS GovCloud, DevSecOps pipelines, Python, and networking principles • Knowledge of DoD cybersecurity compliance, including secure coding and handling of Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). • Strong communication skills to reputed company with government stakeholders, SMEs, and end users. • Ability to travel occasionally to Kirtland AFB, NM for in-person reviews.
