Senior Manager - Compliance Training
About the position
Responsibilities
• Manage, develop and inspire employees
• Anticipate future needs and prioritize workload
• Provide strategic and operational oversight and project management guidance to advance the overall effectiveness of courses in the mandatory compliance training portfolio
• Consult and support the HR team leading key mandatory business unit and functional courses as appropriate
• Guide custom instructional content developed in partnership with subject matter experts across the enterprise and the HR Learning & Development organization
• Review and edit instructional content with a goal of increased effectiveness
• Stay informed about the latest in adult learning strategies, technology, and experiential learning
• Understand key risk areas and draw insights through integration with teammates across Global Compliance such as Compliance Risk Management, International Risk Management, Ethics, Global Privacy, and other organizations
• Partner with the Command Media team to provide training and awareness deliverables in support of their strategic efforts
• Collaborate directly with the Ethics Education & Awareness team to both provide and gather information
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience developing or guiding compliance training
• High degree of ingenuity and creativity to drive solutions to unique challenges
• Experience in managing collaborative, cross-organizational initiatives and execution strategies
• Experience presenting and providing succinct messaging to stakeholders
• Experience anticipating future needs and prioritizing workload
