Medical Assistant Instructor Requirements • 3+ years' experience in the medical assisting field and formal training from an accredited institution. Must be reputed company to obtain a national certification as medical assistant. Individuals without a formal education, must have with a minimum of 5+ years' experience working in the medical field and a national certification.
