• Client Communication: Responding to client inquiries, confirming appointments, and maintaining clear and effective communication with clients
• Finding apps to expedite the process for the 1 & 2
• Billing and Payments: Handling client billing, processing payments, and ensuring accurate records of financial transactions
• Marketing Support: Assisting in marketing efforts, such as social media updates, creating promotional materials, and managing client testimonials
• Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support, including email management, file organization, and data entry
• Appointment Reminders: Sending reminders to clients about upcoming training sessions, ensuring smooth scheduling
• Follow-ups: Conducting follow-up calls or emails with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction with the training services
• Special Events and Workshops: Assisting in organizing and promoting special events or workshops hosted by the personal trainer
• Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of client information and any sensitive data shared during the training process
• Travel Arrangements: Assisting with travel arrangements if the personal trainer participates in workshops, conferences, or leisure
• Research: Conducting research on fitness trends, industry updates, and potential collaborations to keep the personal trainer informed and up-to-date
