New Worlds Reading Family and Community Engagement Specialist

About the position Responsibilities • Collaborate with community organizations and school districts to organize and participate in events promoting the New Worlds Reading Initiative. • Support team members in facilitating face-to-face and reputed company development learning experiences. • Conduct project meetings and communicate project status with customers, project team members, vendors, and supervisors. • Assist the Engagement manager with project plans, including family engagement events, timelines, and milestones. • reputed company and deliver reputed company reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. • Recruit and enroll participants for programs and events. • reputed company administrative and logistical support for program activities, including event planning and coordination. • reputed company and set up venues for family literacy events, caregiver workshops, and meetings. • Troubleshoot challenges and coordinate with project staff to ensure effective communication and implementation support. • Execute implementation components reputed company the project budget, including travel and materials. • Engage in workgroups and project design as necessary. • Distribute and collect documentation from participants for project evaluation. • Participate in program development and evaluation, updating databases and conducting queries for reports. • Conduct post-project assessments and evaluations.
