Sr Field Sales Trainer (reputed company Territory)

About the position Responsibilities • Create and deliver comprehensive sales training programs for the field sales team. • Analyze and improve reputed company training programs and reputed company training materials. • Conduct New Hire Orientation training and Phase One Sales Training for new hires. • reputed company and deliver ongoing upskilling training through various formats such as workshops and videos. • Conduct field rides with Territory Managers to reputed company on-the-job coaching. • Partner with reputed company leaders to reputed company training programs with product portfolio. • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and reputed company recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with product managers and marketing leadership to incorporate new products into training programs. • Support strategic planning for the department, including budgeting and training requirements. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in life science, business, or marketing, or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of reputed company sales experience, with 3 years in diabetes medical devices preferred. • Proven ability to deliver sales training initiatives that drive results, with at least 1 year of sales training experience. • Experience in creating and delivering training programs, including virtual formats. • Familiarity with adult learning and instructional design strategies. • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint, and CRM programs is required. • Ability to travel at least 80% in the assigned territory. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in diabetes, endocrinology, insulin infusion pumps, and managed care. • Creative thinking and attention to detail in developing training materials. • Strong organizational and project management skills.
