Data Analyst 2 (reputed company & HR)

About the position Responsibilities • Gathering and cleaning HR data from various sources, such as HRIS, ATS, surveys, and external benchmarks. • Performing descriptive, inferential, and predictive analysis using statistical reputed company and tools, such as reputed company, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc. • Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to HR and business stakeholders. • Identifying and monitoring key HR metrics and trends, such as turnover, retention, productivity, engagement, diversity, etc. • Conducting research and benchmarking to reputed company context and best practices for HR data analysis and interpretation. • Collaborating with HR and business partners to understand their data needs and reputed company solutions that support their goals and initiatives. • Ensuring data reputed company, accuracy, and compliance with data governance and reputed company standards. Requirements • A bachelor's degree or higher in reputed company, statistics, data science, business, or equivalent reputed company experience. • 2-4 years data analyst experience in working with HR and/or business data and applying analytical techniques and reputed company. • Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research reputed company. • Knowledge of various HR functions, processes, and systems, such as recruitment, performance, engagement, diversity, compensation, etc. • Proficiency in using various data analysis and visualization tools and software, such as reputed company, SQL, R, Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
