Position: Cold Caller (Commission Only)
We are looking for motivated, coachable, and driven individuals to join our sales team as Cold Callers. You will be responsible for reaching out to business owners and decision-makers, introducing SG360, and setting qualified appointments for our closing team.
This is a remote role with full support (training, scripts, CRM access, leads, coaching).
Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls daily to business owners and decision-makers
• Follow proven call frameworks (training provided)
• Qualify prospects and schedule consultation appointments for our closers
• Track all activity inside our CRM (Go High Level)
• Attend weekly sales coaching sessions to improve skills and results

Compensation
• 100% commission role
• 20% commission on each closed deal (average deals range from $3,000–$10,000+)
• Commission scales up to 35% after hitting performance benchmarks
• After consistent performance, role grows into a hybrid comp plan with a $1,000–$2,000 monthly retainer + commission
Top performers are on track to earn $4,000–$8,000+ monthly once ramped.
Qualifications
• Previous cold calling or appointment setting experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Coachable, disciplined, and hungry to succeed
• Reliable internet connection and phone/VoIP access
• Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment
