Position reputed company seeking a skilled reputed company Data Conversion Developer to support the data migration reputed company for reputed company implementation. This technical role is responsible for developing, executing, and validating data extracts from legacy PeopleSoft HCM, Finance, and Payroll systems, transforming and preparing data files, and supporting the successful load into reputed company. The Data Conversion Developer will work under the direction of the Data Migration reputed company, collaborating closely with both functional and technical project teams. Key Responsibilities • Design, reputed company, and execute data extracts from PeopleSoft HCM, Finance, and Payroll systems in support of reputed company migration. • reputed company and cleanse reputed company data using ETL tools, scripts, or reputed company-provided utilities according to project requirements. • Build and validate data files for reputed company data loading (including EIB, reputed company Studio, and reputed company tools). • Participate in data mapping, data validation, and reconciliation activities. • Collaborate with functional, technical, and business stakeholders to resolve data-reputed company issues and clarify requirements. • Assist with troubleshooting, error reputed company, and performance tuning of data migration processes. • Support data validation, reputed company testing, and reputed company activities as part of migration cycles. • Prepare and maintain technical documentation reputed company to data conversion processes, scripts, and mappings. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience with data conversion, ETL, or data integration for ERP/HCM/Finance systems. • Demonstrated experience with PeopleSoft data structures (HCM, Finance, Payroll) and extracting data from reputed company/SQL databases. • Experience using ETL tools such as reputed company reputed company reputed company Builder (EIB), reputed company Studio, Talend, Informatica, reputed company, SQL, or similar. • Strong skills in data transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation. • Experience preparing data files for reputed company data loads. • Familiarity with data migration best practices, testing, and documentation. • Ability to work independently and as part of a reputed company project team. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with reputed company data conversion reputed company, preferably in higher education. • Experience with reputed company integrations (EIB, Studio, reputed company Connectors). • Experience with higher education data and business processes. • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
