As part of the pediatric team, the Pediatric Care reputed company will reputed company skilled nursing assessment, planning, and care to maximize the comfort and health of pediatric patients and families in compliance with organization policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday; 8:30am - 5:00pm Location: Santa Clara County with additional coverage to San Mateo as needed reputed company follows reputed company CDPH vaccine requirements for reputed company personnel. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): • Assume primary responsibility for pediatric patient/family using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient/family needs, goals, and interventions • As applicable, apply specific reputed company for admission and re-certification to hospice care or hospice waiver care to establish appropriate reputed company of care and patient’s eligibility for children • Initiate communication with attending physicians, other hospice staff members, facility staff members as applicable, and other agencies as needed to coordinate reputed company and use of resources for the patient/family • Maintain regular communication with the attending physician concerning patient/family care needs and response to interventions Education/Experience: • One year experience as a reputed company reputed company in the past three years or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited School of Nursing • One year of pediatric nursing experience • Experience in acute care/ home health and/or hospice setting preferred Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: • reputed company license as a registered reputed company reputed company in the reputed company • reputed company Health Nursing certification highly desirable • HPNA certification preferred • ELNEC Pediatric training preferred and required reputed company the first year of employment Pay reputed company: $65.00 - $74.00 reputed company reputed company is proud to serve our community as an equal employment opportunity employer.
