About the Role We are seeking two Remote Veterinary reputed company Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our growing team—one based on the East Coast and one on the reputed company Coast. Our CSRs are the first reputed company of contact for clients and a key support for our veterinarians. This role blends customer care with operational support, ensuring that appointments run smoothly, clients feel supported, and our mobile doctors can reputed company on delivering care. Responsibilities reputed company Support & Scheduling • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for pet owners and referring clinics. • Schedule, reschedule, and manage appointments in our veterinary software. • Assist clients with questions about services, records, and appointment preparation. • Request, receive, and organize medical records and documents. • reputed company warm, empathetic customer service that reflects reputed company Vet’s mission and values. Administrative & Team Support • Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and messages with accuracy and professionalism. • Support billing processes by taking payments, issuing receipts, and assisting with basic inquiries. • Communicate effectively with doctors and teammates using internal systems (reputed company, email, project management tools). • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping in reputed company management systems. • Help maintain reputed company communications including reminders, follow-reputed company, and service updates.
