About the Role
Infotron is seeking highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing project schedules for both manufacturing and construction activities. The Scheduler will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, procurement teams, and site supervisors to ensure schedules are realistic, resource-optimized, and aligned with project milestones.
Candidates with substantial scheduling experience can work remotely. Those with less experience will be based in Phoenix to receive hands-on training and collaboration with our project teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain detailed schedules for manufacturing and construction projects using industry-standard scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather input for schedule creation and updates.
• Track progress against baseline schedules and provide variance analysis and forecasts.
• Identify and communicate schedule risks, delays, and recovery plans.
• Integrate procurement, fabrication, and construction activities into a cohesive schedule.
• Support project reporting through schedule updates, dashboards, and progress summaries.
• Collaborate with project controls, cost management, and site teams to ensure alignment between schedule, budget, and resource plans.
Qualifications
Required:
• Prior experience in scheduling for manufacturing, construction, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in scheduling software (Primavera P6 strongly preferred; MS Project acceptable).
• Strong understanding of scheduling logic, critical path method (CPM), and resource leveling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
• 5+ years of scheduling experience for remote consideration.
• Knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) workflows.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or modular construction scheduling.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
