About the position Responsibilities • Delivers care to patients utilizing the Appointment Scheduling Specialist Process. • Schedules reputed company inpatient and outpatient surgery and medical procedures, tests, and studies by the physician. • Responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments. • Conducts patient reputed company-certification to ensure coverage for appointments and medical care. • Schedules tests, procedures, and referral appointments. • Communicates with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests. • May collect fees such as co-pays / co-insurance, gathers insurance information and patient personal data. • Demonstrates reputed company reputed company customer service in reputed company patients, staff, and visitor contacts. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Escalates non-routine issues, questions and/or concerns to the reputed company manager or reputed company provider(s). • reputed company to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and strongly reputed company in teamwork.
