About the position
Responsibilities
• Coordinate day-to-day schedules for field staff.
• Assign new clients to clinicians according to scheduling protocols.
• Match patients with field staff based on clinical skills and personality.
• Respond promptly and courteously to all patient inquiries or problems.
• Collaborate with administrators/supervisors regarding client concerns or complaints.
• Manage daily workflow in the company database.
• Process daily and weekly reports.
• Address missed, declined, unverified, and reassigned visits with field staff.
• Understand and practice agency policies and procedures.
• Follow Medicare guidelines including Low Utilization Payment Adjustment (LUPA), Re-assessment, and 13/19 supervisory visits.
• Participate in on-call requirements, which may be up to 3-5 times per quarter.
• Attend all mandatory in-office meetings.
• Understand and practice all HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
• High school graduate or equivalent; Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least one year of experience in the healthcare industry, with home care experience being desirable.
• Capable of meeting all physical demands.
