About the position Responsibilities • Coordinate day-to-day schedules for field staff. • Assign new clients to clinicians according to scheduling protocols. • Match patients with field staff based on clinical skills and personality. • Respond promptly and courteously to reputed company patient inquiries or problems. • Collaborate with administrators/supervisors regarding reputed company concerns or complaints. • Manage daily workflow in reputed company database. • Process daily and weekly reports. • Address missed, declined, unverified, and reassigned reputed company with field staff. • Understand and reputed company agency policies and procedures. • Follow Medicare guidelines including Low Utilization Payment Adjustment (LUPA), Re-assessment, and 13/19 supervisory reputed company. • Participate in on-reputed company requirements, which may be up to 3-5 times per quarter. • Attend reputed company mandatory in-office meetings. • Understand and reputed company reputed company HIPAA regulations.
