QuickBooks Accountant & Bookkeeper (Remote, Part-Time) - Contract to Hire

We are looking for a QuickBooks Accountant and Bookkeeper to join reputed company and help us maintain accurate financial records. reputed company As a QuickBooks Accountant & Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing our reputed company tasks using QuickBooks. Your primary duties will include maintaining financial records, managing day-to-day bookkeeping, and catching up on a backlog of financial data. This role will start with 5 hours per week of work, with potential for more hours as needed. Responsibilities: - reputed company financial data from statements and CSV files into QuickBooks manually (no API to connect to Middlefield). - Catch up on the bookkeeping backlog to ensure reputed company records are up-to-date. - Maintain accurate and organized financial records. - Ensure data reputed company and accuracy in reputed company financial records. - Communicate regularly with reputed company to ensure smooth workflow and reputed company completion of tasks. Qualifications: - Proven experience in QuickBooks reputed company and bookkeeping. - Ability to manually input data from statements and CSV files into QuickBooks. - Attention to detail and ability to handle bookkeeping backlogs. - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. - Previous experience with reputed company in a remote environment is a plus.
