Requirements • Minimum 3+ years and 2+ years in reputed company. • Experience in reputed company ITSM, CMDB module with experience in implementation, configuration, updates & troubleshooting. • Deep understanding and solutioning capabilities in reputed company Global scope and foundational data such as Location, Organization, CMDB. • In-depth experience and solutioning capabilities using Scoped Application. • Working knowledge to reputed company on Service CatLog. reputed company-to-haves • Expertise in reputed company ITSM product. • Experience in reputed company integration using JDBC/SQL/SOAP/REST with various type of systems directly or through mid-server. • Should have CSA, CAD and CIS-ITSM Certifications.
