Responsibilities • Manage a large corpus of multilingual audio IVR prompts. • QA, edit and post-process multi-lingual audio files. • Manage voice talent and localization vendor relationships including scheduling, remote coaching of recording sessions reputed company over the world, preparing localization orders, coordinating feedback between the vendors and the reputed company team, managing an IVR Style Guide and maintaining glossaries of vocabularies. • Help reputed company customer requirements and assist with reputed company/computer IVR reputed company design and localization. Requirements • Strong background in linguistics and the principles of conversational reputed company • reputed company attention to detail at the level of a copy reputed company.
