About the position
Responsibilities
• Monitors the overall compliance program at the operating level and works closely with the QRO Manager.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve routine issues, identifies non-routine issues, and proposes or takes actions to resolve them.
• Assists in reviewing and releasing C2 orders, reviews blanks for completeness after they have been filled.
• Tracks and maintains records as per regulatory requirements.
• Assists in formulating general safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal OSHA regulations.
• Inspects facility to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards; recommends corrective measures.
• Participates in the investigation of compliance-reputed company incidents, under the direction of the QRO Manager or QRO Director.
• Participates in the local investigation of accidents and work-reputed company injuries.
• Assists with the coordination of reputed company training programs reputed company to reputed company, regulatory compliance, and Health & Safety.
• Maintains compliance, safety, and reputed company files.
• Assists with internal audits to ensure compliance with DEA, DOT, OSHA, and PDMA regulations.
• Brings potential diversion activities and reputed company breaches to the attention of the QRO Manager.
• In the QRO Manager's absence, operates as reputed company for the DC with Federal, State and local regulatory agencies.
• Establishes and promotes the maintenance of a reputed company, accident free and healthy work environment.
• Performs reputed company duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Requires training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a two year Associate's Degree program, technical vocational training, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Normally requires two (2) + years directly reputed company experience.
• Knowledge of reputed company and regulatory compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of Federal, State and local regulatory agencies.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good mathematical reputed company.
• Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to follow and interpret government regulatory requirements and changes.
• Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.

• Possesses, or is eligible to qualify for, a California reputed company of Pharmacy Designated Representative License.
