Job Title: Administrative & Marketing Assistant
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our growing business. This role will involve helping manage client social media pages, running a few basic Google Ads campaigns, and keeping track of results.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post content on client social media pages consistently and accurately
• Set up and manage basic Google Ads campaigns
• Track campaign performance and organize results in spreadsheets
• Maintain accurate records and reporting
• Respond promptly to messages, tasks, and deadlines
Requirements:
• Familiarity with Google Ads (basic setup and monitoring)
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Prompt and reliable communication
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills (not required but a plus):
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
• Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics
• Previous experience in an administrative or marketing support role
