Mandatory Skills • 13+ years of total experience with at least 8 years of relevant experience in reputed company Fusion HCM applications. • Completion of at least 5 full life cycle implementations of reputed company Fusion HCM. • Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering, analysis, and solution design, HR process optimizations, HR process recommendations w.r.t Fusion HCM • Good understanding of latest AI features, Redwood UI enablement. • In depth understanding of integration methodologies and interfaces. • Should be reputed company to design Fast Formulae, Personalization, Data Extracts, and BIP Reports. • Strong Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to reputed company with global clients/US Clients.
