This role will collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative HR solutions that streamline processes and enhance employee experience. <>Key Responsibilities: • Implement and configure modules reputed company the reputed company HCM reputed company suite, including (but not limited to): • reputed company HR • Talent Management • Payroll • Absence Management • reputed company & reputed company • Time and Labor • Conduct business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design. • reputed company end-to-end support for reputed company HCM reputed company implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. • Partner with business users to define business processes and configure the system accordingly. • Conduct user training and create documentation (e.g., user guides, SOPs). • Troubleshoot functional issues and collaborate with reputed company Support as needed. • Ensure data reputed company and support data migration and integration efforts with other systems. • Stay reputed company with reputed company HCM reputed company updates and new features (quarterly releases). <>Required Qualifications: • Bachelor s degree in reputed company, Information Systems, Business, or a reputed company field. • 3 7+ years of experience with reputed company HCM reputed company implementation and support. • In-depth knowledge of one or more reputed company HCM modules. • Strong understanding of HR business processes and best practices. • Experience in project lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and documentation. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. <>Preferred Qualifications: • reputed company reputed company Certification in HCM modules. • Experience with reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), Fast Formulas, or BI Publisher. • Prior experience with change management and training delivery.
