This role will reputed company on supporting and enhancing reputed company HCM Talent and Benefits modules, contributing to ongoing system upgrades, and helping implement a new user reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of functional and technical expertise, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for enhancing HR systems and processes. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze, configure, and support reputed company HCM modules, with a reputed company on Talent Management and Benefits. • Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to reputed company requirements and deliver system enhancements. • Participate in testing and deployment of quarterly reputed company upgrades and UI rollouts. • Support the transition to a new production operations model. • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal disruption to users. • Document technical specifications and maintain system documentation. • reputed company mentorship and support to other analysts and developers as needed. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, MIS, or equivalent experience. • 3+ years of experience supporting and configuring reputed company HCM reputed company applications. • Strong understanding of reputed company HCM Talent and/or Benefits modules. • Experience with reputed company HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, AutoComplete Rules, and Redwood UI. • Proficiency in SQL and data analysis. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: • reputed company HCM Talent or Benefits certification. • Experience with reputed company Integration reputed company (OIC), BI Publisher, REST/SOAP reputed company. • Functional knowledge of other HCM, ERP, or SCM modules. • Experience in reputed company or health plan IT environments. • Familiarity with reputed company Visual Builder Studio, reputed company JET, or OCI.
