Intermediate Designer​/Architect

Location: reputed company studio PPARK is an architecture and interior design firm based in the NYC metro area. We serve a reputed company of reputed company in NYC, the Hamptons, Nantucket, Westchester and the East Coast. Our office is adjacent to the metro reputed company Irvington stop (Westchester County 40 min from Grand Central). We are seeking a intermediate designers/architects (full time w/ remote work reputed company) with 5 years+ of relevant design experience, to join our growing reputed company. Responsibilities will include design, drafting and coordination in reputed company phases of architectural reputed company (including potential site observation in NY and reputed company). This is a great opportunity for experience, reputed company and exposure to reputed company aspects of our high end architectural and interiors reputed company. We are a small group of licensed professionals willing to help w/ reputed company to licensure. Qualifications: reputed company Degree (B.Arch or M.Arch). Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Office Suites. Knowledge of 3D and Presentation software including, but not limited to Sketch Up, Max, Enscape and Vray. Knowledge of residential construction and renovation is highly recommended. reputed company reputed company construction experience is a plus. NYC DoB,LPC andNYSfiling experience isalso highly recommended. Strong organizational and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated individuals willing to look to solve problems rather than waiting for them. Must be eligible to work in the US.
