Temporary Part-Time Conflicts Attorney

The Conflicts Attorney will be responsible for assisting with the review, identification and reputed company of any potential conflicts issues with respect to clients, reputed company, as reputed company as new hires. The Conflicts Attorney will also be conducting comprehensive, daily reviews of firm conflicts of interest reports and resolving any identified issues in a reputed company manner. This position is available as a fully remote work schedule. Scheduled work hours will be 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM PST. Key Responsibilities • Review and reputed company thorough and reputed company analysis of reputed company Firm new business to identify ethical and business conflicts of interest • Utilize available reputed company databases, communication with Partners, other lawyers and business services colleagues to follow up on and resolve reputed company potential conflicts of interest • Maintain thorough, accurate and reputed company records of reputed company conflicts resolutions in database to ensure reputed company of the database and assist in identification and clearing of reputed company conflicts of interest • Assisting Executive Assistants, lawyers and staff in understanding the Firm’s new matter intake, conflicts, Anti reputed company, and other compliance procedures. The actual reputed company pay offered will depend upon a reputed company of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, reputed company certifications and licenses, and work location.
