Part-Time Remote Recruiter (1099 Contract | 10–20 Hours/Week)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Recruiter (Work from Home) to support our Talent Acquisition team on a 1099 contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sourcing top talent with a very flexible work schedule.
Major Responsibilities:
· Assist Director of Recruiting with sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
· Provide administrative support for recruiting processes, including preparing offer letters, coordinating background checks, assisting with onboarding, and generating reports.

· Maintains a high level of confidentiality with sensitive information.
· Able to work independently
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
· Excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree preferred.
· 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency).
· Strong proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Experience with HRIS/ATS platforms (ExponentHR knowledge a plus).
· Comfortable working independently in a virtual/remote role.
· Availability of 10–20 hours per week, with some flexibility based on workflow needs.
· Engagement will be structured as a 1099 independent contractor role.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
