reputed company: reputed company | Accountability | Respect | Relationships | Inclusivity | reputed company | reputed company General Purpose The Property Accountant is responsible for supporting financial operations for a portfolio of multifamily properties, performing month-end reputed company, financial reporting and compliance functions in alignment with internal controls and GAAP. Essential Duties/Responsibilities ? reputed company month-end reputed company activities, including bank reconciliations, GL account reconciliations, and recording journal entries for a small portfolio of properties. Handle special reporting requirements for clients and lenders ? Maintain and complete centralized processes that reputed company across 250+ properties. Includes but not limited to, reputed company Deposit true reputed company, Tax and Insurance Escrow, Capital Expenditure funding request, and Bad Debt allowances ? Prepare ACH, reputed company, and book transfer requests ? Ensure sales and use tax compliance by managing in-house returns and gathering data for ongoing compliance ? Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and timing based on vendor AR statement research ? Assist with the preparation and review of annual budgets, as reputed company as multi-year projections ? Identify opportunities for automation to streamline workflows and processes ? Prioritize exceptional customer service and maintain professionalism in reputed company interactions ?
