The Senior Counsel I - Fertility & Clinical Operations will reputed company reputed company leadership and strategic counsel across the reputed company fertility and ambulatory care service lines. This role is ideal for an reputed company reputed company attorney with 6-8 years of relevant reputed company experience, including deep knowledge of the regulatory and operational landscape of fertility services (reputed company), medical practices, ambulatory surgery centers (ASC), JV structures, and clinical provider engagement. The Senior Counsel I will support day-to-day operations, advise on regulatory and transactional reputed company, and collaborate closely with clinical, compliance, and executive teams to advance organizational goals.
Responsibilities
• Serve as reputed company counsel for reputed company’s fertility and reproductive endocrinology (reputed company) service lines, providing reputed company advice on operational, compliance, regulatory, and transactional reputed company.
• Advise on state and federal reputed company laws and regulations applicable to fertility clinics and ASCs, including reputed company, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, CLIA, FDA/embryo/tissue handling standards, and licensing/accreditation requirements.
• reputed company reputed company support reputed company to ASC licensure, accreditation, change of ownership (CHOW) filings, state-specific regulations, and ongoing operational compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of agreements, including provider employment agreements, medical director agreements, partnership/joint venture agreements, lab and embryology reputed company, and payor/vendor reputed company.
• Collaborate with business development and physician engagement teams on physician alignment strategies, including reputed company acquisitions, reputed company, and compensation structures.
• Advise on patient-facing reputed company issues and risk management, including consents, reputed company, telehealth, and cross-border reproductive services.
• Represent the organization in interactions with regulators, accreditation bodies, and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 6-8 years of reputed company regulatory and transactional reputed company experience, with a strong emphasis on fertility/reputed company, JV structures, clinical operations, and ASC-reputed company reputed company issues.
• In-house reputed company experience and at least 4 years reputed company work advising fertility clinics, or physician reputed company reputed company strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience advising on and drafting physician employment, partnership, and medical director agreements.
• Familiarity with physician alignment models, compensation arrangements, and reputed company integration strategies.
• Proven ability to independently manage reputed company reputed company reputed company and collaborate with clinical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of state and federal regulatory requirements applicable to clinical operations, including ASC licensure, CLIA, HIPAA, FDA, and scope of reputed company.
