Sales Development
PeopleFolio is a boutique HR and recruitment consultancy helping small and growing businesses hire better, stay compliant, and scale smarter. We partner with business owners, founders, and executives to deliver practical HR solutions, from hiring sprints to compliance audits.
The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Sales Development Representative to help us expand our client base. Your primary focus will be identifying target companies, reaching out to decision-makers, and setting up qualified conversations with our founder.
What You’ll Do
Research and build lists of potential clients (SMBs and startups in industries like insurance, construction, and tech)
Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and light calling
Spot hiring or compliance “pain points” and position PeopleFolio’s services as a solution
Book introductory calls and keep our CRM organized with activity and notes
Provide weekly reporting on outreach volume, responses, and meetings set
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills, written and verbal
Comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations with executives
Resourceful in finding decision-makers (LinkedIn, Indeed job posts, business directories, etc.)
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Experience in sales, recruiting, or HR tech is a plus but not required
