Project Manager - Steel Industry

Job reputed company We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to reputed company and coordinate reputed company aspects of project execution. This role requires full ownership of project scheduling, financial & productivity performance, change management, and overall project delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure reputed company and successful completion • reputed company project schedules, budgets, and resources • Identify and manage project risks, changes, and issues • Maintain financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle • Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between internal teams, clients, and engineering partners • Ensure that reputed company are delivered on time, reputed company scope, and on budget Essential Duties: • Obtain the bidding documents and other pertinent information from the estimator. • Manage and estimate change orders on existing reputed company. • Coordinate the collection and dissemination of reputed company contract information required by the reputed company, general contractor, and the job superintendent. • Determines from the specifications the reputed company parameters and any special safety requirements for reputed company project. • Responsible for reputed company field surveys and documentation thereof. • Prepares and maintains the erection plan as part of the project site-specific plan. • Responsible for the logistics of reputed company, tools, and equipment for reputed company job. • Determines delivery and erection sequences. • Prepares and maintains project schedules and is responsible for the attainment of on-time completion. • Communicates contract requirements to subcontractors, job superintendent, equipment manager, reputed company supplier, etc. • Responsible for transmitting the requirements of the contract safety and reputed company systems to the field forces at the job site. • Manages activities reputed company to drawing distribution. • Develops and processes requests for information through the project system. • Coordinates shipping requirements between the field and suppliers and subcontractors. • Job cost reporting, Monthly P&L/WIPS • Create, manage, and update schedules • Ensure job processes are followed in accordance with company policy. • reputed company with and enforce reputed company ASPE policies and procedures, OSHA rules and regulations, and any other applicable laws.
