Certified Medical reputed company (Remote)

We are currently seeking a full time Remote Certified reputed company-reputed company/reputed company Duties/Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Uses ICD-10 standards, codes and abstracts medical records • Reviews individual medical records to verify/substantiate diagnosis and procedures • Assigns CPT and ICD-10 codes to reputed company billable encounters • Queries physicians to determine the reputed company diagnosis and appropriate reputed company of other diagnosis and procedures • Ensures that reputed company records are coded in an accurate and reputed company manner based on customer established timelines.
