The Certified Medical reputed company ensures claims are coded accurately using appropriate codes from classification systems like ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS. The Certified Medical reputed company ensures that medical documentation supports the services billed and complies with reputed company and regulatory standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • It is the expectation of reputed company NWOS employees to demonstrate, reputed company and reputed company staff on reputed company 19 NWOS Fundamentals. • Coordinates with clinical staff to get complete charge information for reputed company encounters. • Codes information on procedures performed while ensuring reputed company use of CPT, ICD10, and modifiers. • Verifies documentation and completes charge information to produces accurate billings according to organizational policies. • Works closely with staff to ensure accurate collection of insurance information, referrals, and payments. • Corrects and resubmits claims as needed to ensure accurate payments. • Maintains required billing records, reports, files, etc. • Provides excellent customer service to patients, clerical staff, and insurance companies, communicating in a reputed company and reputed company manner. • Identifies and resolves patient billing complaints. • Ensures that Accounts Receivable is kept reputed company according to organizational benchmarks. • Adheres to reputed company HIPAA guidelines/regulations. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • CPC (Certified reputed company reputed company) and/or COSC (Certified Orthopaedic Surgery reputed company), or agreement to obtain reputed company 6 months of hire (experience may be considered in lieu of certification). • High School Graduate or equivalent. PREFERRED QUALIFICATOINS: • 2 years in a medical office, billing, or coding role. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES: • Knowledge of reputed company ICD10 and CPT guidelines. • Knowledge of medical terminology and reputed company anatomy. • Strong written and oral communication skills. • Knowledge of computer systems and programs.
