Job title: Insurance Billing Representative Company: Pediatrics On Demand Inc Job description: Pediatrics On Demand is an Urgent Care and Primary Care located in Oak Lawn, IL. We also have a sister company Minis Walk In Clinic. We serve patients from birth to 21 years of age. Job Type: Full Time Responsibilities: • Review client bills for accuracy and completeness and proactively obtain any missing payer information for inclusion • Post adjustments, transfer of responsibility, and refunds, when needed, and update accounting records accordingly • Prepare invoices, reconcile billing, compile reports and other documents using billing software, and field related questions from internal teams and customers • Submit insurance claims and follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied claims to resolve and resubmit when required • Answer all client questions related to account status, activity, and outstanding charges Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • Minimum of 5 years experience • Experience working in accounts receivable billing, or insurance, or as a customer service representative or data entry specialist is a PLUS • AdvancedMD experience is a PLUS • Full revenue cycle management Skills: • Ethical and honest • Professional demeanor • Team player • Communication and listening • Systematic and detail oriented • Analytical and problem solving • Highly motivated Benefits: • Health Insurance • Dental and Vison Insurance • Aflac Insurance • 401k • PTO • Paid Holidays • Gym Membership Powered by JazzHR Expected salary: Location: Oak Lawn, IL Job date: Wed, 19 Oct 2022 04:14:32 GMT Apply for the job now!
