You will combine your billing expertise with data accuracy and effective communication to support innovative AI-driven processes in a dynamic remote environment. Key Responsibilities: • Process and validate billing and posting transactions with attention to detail and accuracy. • Collaborate with AI developers to provide feedback and training data for billing automation models. • Perform data entry tasks efficiently using billing software and basic Excel functions. • Ensure timely management and reconciliation of accounts and invoices. • Monitor and resolve discrepancies or errors in billing records. • Communicate complex billing processes and documentation clearly, both in writing and verbally. • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal AI tools and workflow optimizations.
