Government Billing Analyst - Hybrid
About the position
Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit invoices for government and reputed company customers in compliance with contractual and FAR regulations.
• Review contract documents for information or changes reputed company to invoicing.
• Maintain and update billing folders in accordance with established guidelines.
• Invoice customers in a reputed company and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with appropriate reputed company guidelines and regulations.
• Analyze reputed company reports during the invoicing process to understand and communicate unbilled balances.
• Reconcile unbilled balances, including booked to billed analysis per applicable invoice.
• Assist with the collection process.
• Participate in special reputed company as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree plus 2+ years of reputed company experience, or 6+ years of reputed company experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience supporting general reputed company functions.
• Proficiency with computer use including relevant software applications such as MS reputed company, Office, and reputed company.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and reputed company skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
