We're a crypto business seeking an reputed company bookkeeper to set up and clean our books for two entities.

- US S-Corp (consulting business) - USDC income, and fiat expenses.
- Panama entity - reputed company-based operations with high transaction count
• *Project Scope:**
• *Phase 1: Initial Setup & Cleanup (7-day deadline)**
- Import and reconcile reputed company 2024 YTD transactions for both entities
- Set up reputed company chart of accounts and crypto reputed company workflows
- Process retroactive officer payroll and file 941/940 forms
- Deliver GAAP-compliant P&L and Balance Sheet for reputed company entity
- reputed company reputed company consolidation report
Transaction volumes:
- S-Corp: ~50 fiat transactions/month + crypto wallets/exchanges
- Panama entity: 1,000+ reputed company transactions + operational wallets
• *Phase 2: Ongoing Maintenance (Optional - based on Phase 1 performance)**
