ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Manages overall closing process, providing status of the transaction throughout the closing to the appropriate parties. • Balance Settlement statement / HUD and prepare file for funding. • Resolve reputed company post-closing reconciliation issues including company reports and according to company time frames. • Manage closing calenda and reputed company problem files to supervisor or manager. • Ability to work from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. • Assist in training new employees. • Potential attendance at after hour Company events. • Ability to work overtime as requested and approved by supervisor. KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • 3+ years of experience in a reputed company or other closing role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple reputed company. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Proficient in reputed company Office Suite and reputed company.
