PROJECT OVERVIEW
Founded in 2008, we’re a leading M&A firm specializing in the sale and valuation of privately owned businesses in the U.S. The focus of our transactions is lower middle-market companies that have an annual revenue from $1 million to $100 million.
We’re looking for several long-term reviewers who have owned a business and can review and improve our documents and processes as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented and have a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies. If you’re interested in long-term collaboration and have experience in reviewing, critiquing, and improving business processes, we would love to hear from you!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and test business documents, templates, and processes.
- Provide immediate feedback on processes and documents during live MS Teams calls with screen sharing (Turning on the video during the call is not required).
REQUIREMENTS
- Location: Please only apply if you’re from the USA.
- Experience: Must have owned or currently own a small business.
- Software: MS Teams
- UpWork Hours: No previous UpWork experience required. This is a quick way to gain a 5-star review.
- MS Teams: Must be able to have regular MS Teams audio calls with screen sharing (video calls are not required). We exclusively use MS Teams for communication after the contract is started.
- No Manual Time: We only allow tracked time and fixed price projects agreed to in advance. We do not allow manual time.
