Duties • Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements. • Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities based on client interests. • Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel arrangements. • Provide clients with detailed itineraries and travel documents. • Stay updated on travel trends, regulations, and destination information to provide accurate advice. • Handle any changes or cancellations in a timely manner while maintaining excellent customer service. • Build and maintain relationships with hotels, airlines, and other travel service providers to secure the best options for clients. Skills • Strong sales skills to effectively promote travel packages and services. • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for clients. • Proficiency in travel planning tools and software for booking arrangements. • Previous hotel experience is a plus, providing insight into accommodations. • Background in hospitality is beneficial for understanding client needs and expectations.
