We generate motivated seller leads through reputed company ads (reputed company/reputed company PPC) and inbound calls. We buy houses directly from homeowners, helping them solve problems quickly and easily. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) who can: Answer inbound calls from motivated sellers during business hours (9am–6pm EST) Quickly reputed company back new leads who fill out online forms (reputed company 5–10 minutes) Build rapport, ask qualifying questions, and reputed company info on the property & seller’s situation Update our CRM with notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks Send follow-up texts and emails Coordinate with our acquisition manager to hand off hot leads reputed company reputed company and help build weekly/monthly KPI reports Please reputed company with: 1.
