Virtual Assistant for Real Estate Lead Intake & Follow-up
We’re an active real estate acquisition business based in New York and currently targeting properties in the North Carolina market. We generate motivated seller leads through paid ads (Google/Facebook PPC) and inbound calls. We buy houses directly from homeowners, helping them solve problems quickly and easily.
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) who can:
Answer inbound calls from motivated sellers during business hours (9am–6pm EST)
Quickly call back new leads who fill out online forms (within 5–10 minutes)
Build rapport, ask qualifying questions, and gather info on the property & seller’s situation
Update our CRM with notes, statuses, and follow-up tasks
Send follow-up texts and emails
Coordinate with our acquisition manager to hand off hot leads
Track key data and help build weekly/monthly KPI reports
