Attorney - Lemon Law/ Auto

A highly regarded California defense firm is seeking an Attorney to join its Auto/Lemon Law practice. The firm represents some of the most recognised names in the automotive industry and offers something rarely seen in defence work: a true work–life balance in a fully remote model. What You’ll Do: • Handle auto defense, lemon law, and warranty litigation matters • Manage discovery, depositions, and motions practice • Appear in California courts as needed (majority of work is remote) • Collaborate with a supportive and experienced litigation team What They’re Looking For: • Licensed attorney in California, in good standing • Experience in auto defense, lemon law, or warranty litigation • Strong case management, research, and litigation skills • Professionals who value balance and flexibility while doing meaningful work Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $200,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
